Poma Outfitting offers Hunting Black Powder Archery and Elk hunts

Poma Outfitting offers San Juan National Forest and Weminuche Wilderness hunts as well as private land hunts in Colorado and New Mexico. The number of available hunts is limited so book early to ensure your reservation. All hunts are conducted with respect and in tribute to the wildlife and their natural habitat.

Five day full guided hunts are offered using your weapon of choice; archery, muzzleloader, or rifle. Both High Altitude Base Camps and Rustic Cabins are available for lodging. Horses, experienced guides, and a camp cook are provided.

Drops camps are also available. Included is horse back service in and out with two check-ons. A wall tent with a camp kitchen is provided. Food is not included. All game will be packed out.

Private Land hunts are fully guided with cabin accommodations.
